For a package that was delivered wrong and did not arrive at my house
Please I need your help, I ordered a protein and it arrived last Sunday but they left the package in the wrong place. I talked to fedex several times but it was a waste of time, they never helped me and they told me to talk to you so that you can talk to them, I am tired of calling fedex because it is an irresponsible company and please I need your help
User's recommendation: It's been more than 2 weeks since I ordered the product and they went to leave it at a different house and they can't solve this problem for me.

As I have already mentioned, I need to speak to an individual from Nutrishop to stop my regular shipment of an item which I no longer need. How can I get this accomplished? Can somebody please call me?

I paid over $200.00 for the rip off. I am stuck with it. After reading the reviews about getting money back and threatened by Nutrisystem if you speak bad about the product. I am going to submit a complaint to Federal Trade Commission. Consumers should never be MANIPULATED! I will not go to Nutrisystem anymore. You don't do business like this.

No follow up on order. No call backs.
I placed an order 5 weeks ago. I texted to a follow up number from Nutrishop. No response from numerous attempts! in today’s business world communication is key!

Resolved: Horrible Customer Service!

I was contacted by the manager and we were able to get this resolved. He apologized several times for the way the whole issue was handled and said he will take this as a learning opportunity to improve customer service within their stores. He seemed sincere and I returned the product and received a refund.

I went into the Cottonwood Nutrishop location in Albuquerque, NM on 07/11/2018 interested in weight loss products. I was told about "Contour Elite". When I asked the salesman "What if it doesn't work? Because it's expensive..." he advised me they have a 30 day return policy with a $20 restocking fee so I have nothing to lose. The salesman didn't tell me about the full return policy, the parts he left out are that the product must be 3/4 full and the restocking fee is per bottle (there are 3 bottles in the "kit"), I attempted to return the product on 07/24/18 (13 days later!) and that is when I was informed of the rest of the return policy and my return/refund declined. I returned the next day and was given a business card and advised to email and contact on Instagram. I did both. I was "warned" I shouldn't give a bad review if I want my money back on Instagram and when I shared a screen shot of what they told me I was blocked. I was very disappointed to find the same response by email, remove or bad review and we might work with you, don't remove it and you get nothing. I don't bow down to bullies and will let everyone who will listen know what a horrible company Nutrishop is!!

I have purchased the Conture Elite Product it is $215.00 and it better work or this goes Viral.
So happy I came across this review... I have been considering giving contour elite a try, but after reading this I think I will take a pass on that contemplation...
I have been buying from Nutrishop for years. Typically spending $150+ per month in supplements.
Only reason I haven't been there recently is bc they dont have the current products I'm using. Once my needs changed or if these products became available I would have definitely gone back.
HOWEVER, customer service is huge to me. Seeing a review like this and shady business practices doesn't sit well.
