Sensor switch

I want to talk to a human being - this AI stuff is awful. I do not want the step sensor. I am paying for the Dexcom sensor so my doctor can keep tabs on my glucose.

It takes at least 24 to 48 hours for somebody from Nutrisense. Customer service to respond to a request for help about their app not working.

The app told me my sensor expired on the sixth. So I removed it and put a new one in my arm. I could not scan the app. In fact the app kept the wheel kept turning and turning and turning it took six hours for it to get through that.

And then when it got to the screen with the tutorial and the option to skip the tutorial, it just kept flashing like a straw blade so nothing could be selected.It did that for at least 18 hours. In the meantime, I am emailing them and sending messages within the chat. It took them 24 hours to get back to me and ask me some stupid question about what kind of sensor when in my previous communication in the app everything was outlined.

I even sent a video and pictures of what I was seeing in the app. The best response was theyll get to the engineer.

Had my nutritionist advised me that my 30 minute call would be the only free nutrition advice and that was my one and only free call I would have usedit differently not talking about my pets. Instead she asked all these personal questions that bring no value.

I signed up under the understanding I would have 1 free month of nutrition support and education not just 30 minutes. I wish now I had not signed up for 6 months.

Finally received call from technical support and they resolved all my issues. Paeblo was very good. I had to purchase water proof tape to be able to swim with CGM.
