I was trying 3 days a driving around to stores that said they had it, but did not when I actually showed up to buy it. This is for a senior dog and it is the only food he can tolerate right now. Chunk was slated to be put to sleep, until the vet recommended this particular food. Chunk is thriving and even looking better with his fur.

Just purchased the tube today.. it was full of air!
Paid $20 for 1/2 of tube! This is getting totally ridiculous!
We pay more for much less.. disheartening & not impressed

I actually told the guy at the pet store that it was 1/2 filled w air.. didn't do nothing about it.. just told me the seal was on.. duh.. tried to called the company but were already closed. Don't buy it. I remember when it was a better procuct & the tube was full. No more!

I have not heard from them. The hairball gel changed a few years ago and I stopped using it.
It was so thick you could not put it on your cat to lick off. It just fell off. I used another product and check back a few years later and the product was back to normal. Fluid and easy to use also a different outer pkg.
the last 2 times Ive ordered on Amazon it was in the old pkg and very thick not usable.
I need to know how to get the good product or Im moving on to a new company that you can communicate with.pic below is the pkg for the good product. When I order on Amazon I get the old product.

I'm done, I'm not gonna try to get my money back, I just know not to shop with nutri vet anymore.
It's simple, before I could cancel my subscription (subscribe and save) of Pre & Probiotic yall sent out another thing of chews. I never received them so I want my $15.80, put back on my card.

I used nutri-vet spray for hot spots on my dog 2 days ago, the day after she couldnt stand up, now today she cant move, took her to the vet and they say it seems to be a neurological injury as the result of this spray!!! Vet bill to help her could be upwards of $4500. She was completely healthy prior to the use of this spray
