False advertising, conflicting terms not revealed, antagonistic responses

I ordered their product called "Hepagard." On the ordering page of their website they state, "try risk free for 30 days," no other details. Elsewhere they state that for a refund you must "contact us within 30 days of your original purchase," meaning the 30 day refund window starts the minute you place the order. I ordered on 1 July, received 6 July- no way to "try" it for 30 days. Refund refused antagonistically.

User's recommendation: There are many liver enhancing supplements. Try one from a company that is honest. (unless you can figure out how to try their product for 30 days in less than 30 days!).

I had the exact same experience. First off the product is useless and have not affect whatsoever.

When I requested a refund within 30 days of it being delivered I got a very rude aggressive person who informed me that is was 30 days from purchase not 30 days from delivery.

I live in Ireland so the product did not arrive for a couple of weeks so could not try it out for 30 days. My advice is avoid this product and this company!
