I had the exact same experience. First off the product is useless and have not affect whatsoever.
When I requested a refund within 30 days of it being delivered I got a very rude aggressive person who informed me that is was 30 days from purchase not 30 days from delivery.
I live in Ireland so the product did not arrive for a couple of weeks so could not try it out for 30 days. My advice is avoid this product and this company!
