I paid for buy 1 get 2 free and they gave me only 1 jar of vitamins, 180 pills for 42.99, and it took 15 days to get the package to my residence. I will not use this company again.

I was charged for the free samples for full price even when I had told them only the trial samples and nothing else. I paid for the trial and the next month they charged my card $88.75.

At 2:00am I called and the customer service and this girl kept telling me, no it is a legitimate charge sir is there anything else I can do for you? I told her this is the way your company makes a lot of money by scamming people and I will have the bank and visa file. She told me, they will only investigate and then add it back to your card and then charge you once they find you were wrong. I said that's ok I will see, she then said did you already file a complaint/ I said NO I Called You, ok sir let me see what I can do.

I can add 30 dollars back to your card, now I am screaming and she says hold on, uh I can put back 44 dollars to help with your problem ok sir? I said this is a game you guys do to hold over someone, it will take them a few days to investigate and I cant use my card, no way I am putting up with this. Hold on sir let me speak to my manager, ok sir she has given me permission to add 66 dollars back to your card. I said wow, you guys are something, Yes Put 66 Dollars back on my Card and I will be lucky to have gotten that, is there anything else I can help you with sir she says.

Nope, not one damn thing. I will post a complaint everywhere I can about these guys and I am done with free samples.

I tried to send Nutra Essentials their product back and cancel the product but this company just wants to take my money. The free trial is a scam. Don't try this product under those circumstances or you WILL GET BURNED.
