The wrong item was delivered and what was delivered did not work. The only contact is via email.

I've never contacted a company where there has been no response. Now, they are saying there is no record of my order.

All I wanted was to receive what I order. No phone number is available.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO STOCK OF WHAT I ORDERED AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!

!I emailed thenutr.com starting in June, and periodically thereafter, with ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!! FINALLY near 6 months later, in the month of Dec., I got a response!?!?!

I explained that I had questions about their nut milk maker and other products that I needed answered before making a purchase. I even joined the Facebook group and asked if someone would please answer my questions, YET NOT EVER AN ADMIN would respond to me!?!?!?! I was very suspicious, but I got to someone who, after about 30 emails, convinced me that they had made HUGE changes in their customer service dept. and that she, personally would be my contact and she would help me with ANY issues that I may experience.

STUPID, and I mean STUPID ME, moved forward and made the purchase!!! After they put the state before the city several times and I had to let her know, it was fixed and I placed my order. I patiently waited for 1 week and then reached out to ask about when my order would ship. Much to my surprise, I was told the product was out of stock!?!?!?!

So, why didn't she tell me that up front??? After I let her know that I did not appreciate the fact that she did not tell me that, she didn't answer any more emails!?!?!?! Someone (didn't include a name) emailed me, but refused to answer whether they would credit my account $20 if I was willing to take a pink nut milk maker, which was in stock, instead of waiting for the green one. They offered me some packet mixes, which I had already added to my order, so I said no.

From there, I was fed up with the games and I requested that my order be cancelled and my $139 be refunded. It took a few days for the confirmation that my order was cancelled, BUT I am STILL waiting for my refund!!! As I told the new rep, it may show as a pending credit for a few days, but the refund should show IMMEDIATELY!!! I just keep getting excuse after excuse after excuse!!!

Since all this has happened, I went to the BBB site and it says the concerns that have been documented are: 1) Customer service deficiencies; 2) Product Issues; 3) NO responses to BBB Complaints.

In addition, it includes Alerts: 1) "Out of Business - known or suspected; 2) Pattern of Complaints.

This is a COMPLETELY dishonest company!!! STAY AWAY!!!
