- Process started 4/4/24; 14 months later up and running with multiple company changes.
- Promised half of an SCE true-up payment, but never received.
NuSun scam artist I mean sales reps this whole process started 4/4/24some Ampxtitanium NUSUN affiliate? Then got on with Palmetto financing then changed to another company everbright I told them just forget it already screwing with this *** for 4 months had was told by rep there company would assist in paying half of my true-up bill from SCE since then it took additional 6 months and another true-up bill of 2700$ finally up and running June of 2025 14 months and additional trueup bills and no one wants to respond to pay the portioned they agreed buyer beware

- SCE tru-up bills totaled over $6,700; reps promised half and a $2,000 check.
Your sales rep had changed your installers solar companys whatever the *** and ended up with some organization called ESP had new system setting on my roof for 5 months before it finally got activated in the meantime Ive received another tru-up bill from SCE you *** initially started with another company after 2 months of *** around you changed I was pissed and going to cancel I had a tru-up bill that was over $4000 after you change your rep said if I stayed on board they would pay half of the tru up and issue a check for $2000 after *** around with all this *** I have accrued and additional Tru-Up of $2700 dollars now this Amoni Fafita dont answer or return my call

Out of everyone I contacted regarding solar panels, they seemed to be the right choice for my current situation. The employees I interacted with during the transition to renewable energy were also very kind and helpful.

- Jacob Howie was honest and forthright, stayed with us through program hiccups, and remains accessible after installation.
Our representative was Jacob Howie and right from the start he was very honest and forthright. We had a couple of hiccups qualifying for different programs, but Jacob stayed with us the entire time.
He even to this day after we have already had our panels installed has been accessible and very helpful. After the sale was made Jacob still made time to answer any questions and was very quick to get us any information that we needed.
I have nothing but great things to say about Jacob Howie. If you're reading this, you live around the Inland Empire and you want solar panels I highly recommend that you ask for this guy!!!

Don't want solar power, and just want to be left alone...
In Yuba City, Ca. my 89 year old father is continually being pressured to buy something not needed at his age..
He feels that the person was way too aggressive. If this does not stop.. You will have a problem you do not want.. So you have been given a notice.
I know you will not do anything about this issue.
But you will care if anyone from your company shows up at his property again.. You don't know me, and you have been warned, it will not be pretty for the aggressive person that continues to bother him.

- The company lacks values and runs a circus in Moreno Valley.
- Out-of-state hires are paid little or nothing; the reviewer calls them corrupt.
The company has no values, they have a circus going on in Moreno Valley ran by some guys who call themselves the Jungleu but its all under Nusun. They hire out of state kids to come out because they pay them scraps or sometimes Nothing !
Like they did to me. They are corrupt!

I've been waiting for two months for the changeover After doing research I found out I do not have enough panels installed they installed eight panels my neighbors one has 14 and one has 16 panels and we all have the same size home And I can't even get someone to call me back and talk to me about this problem Very unhappy with this company
