- Four implants were placed.
- Heatrice Alexander claimed capability.
- Work was below par and late.
- Leah was unprofessional; screws dropped.
My husband had 4 x 1 implants for upper and lower. Was told by Dr.
Heatrice Alexander that he was very capable of performing this procedure. Work done was below par, work took much longer than was promised. Staff (Leah) was very unprofessional, dropped screws in his mouth, used fingers instead of instruments, Took almost 2 years to complete only to find out Dr. Alexander no longer works with Company and Dr.
Ryans management skills leaves much to be desired. My husbands gums have been bleeding, experiencing pain even though his teeth have been extracted. Eyes are puffy where screws have been inserted. Material keeps breaking off in mouth and some screws in his gums were not countersinked.
At last appt Dr.
Ryan was supposedly going to remove the implants to inspect but never did. Left message but did not reach out.
