Everything is fine. I lost money going to a facility that canceled, but it's fine.

- - Calls and messages go unanswered.
- - User alleges a nearby coworker interferes with shifts, claiming he calls them to stop me getting a shift.
No one will answer my calls and I send messages no one answers I think one of the customer service people live next to me and I overheard him stating he calls them so they wont give me shift. I know seems weird but its true.
I called to speak to someone about my license because they’re telling me it’s expired. I went into the licensing division. They said it’s perfectly fine and printing me off a new one
Its saying my license is expired and its not I went into the licensing division and they printed me off another one and said show them you are valid. The number is correct.
User's recommendation: Don’t use the stupid thing because you don’t even get to talk to somebody

Get an address to an assignment
- - Address not available, causing missed money.
- - I drove 6:20am to 8:00am looking for the home on Cameron St.
- - No compensation for time.
I felt as if Nursa should have had this address available for me. I ended up missing out on money because I wasn't able to find the home.
I drove around from 6:20am til 8:00am looking on Cameron St for the home. They never even bothered to compensate me for my time .I feel I should have been compensated something.
Poor Management and 19:1 nurse ratio
- - No computer access hindered patient care and med administration.
- - The DON was unavailable.
- - Staffing issues and a 19:1 nurse ratio raise safety concerns.
I recently picked up a shift at Haven Health and I did not have computer access to properly care for the patients and administer medication. I tried several times to contact staffing and I went to HR the DON was not in the building and I was told that it was a 19:1 nurse ratio. It is not only a poorly managed facility, it is not safe practice for a nurse.
User's recommendation: Do not pick up any shifts there
