Verified ReviewerUnder paid
I did not receive my full pay on the estimated payday. I was underpaid. I worked the full shift from 6 AM to 6:30 PM, and I stayed an extra 10 minutes because the CNA never showed.

Get an address to an assignment
I felt as if Nursa should have had this address available for me. I ended up missing out on money because I wasn't able to find the home.
I drove around from 6:20am til 8:00am looking on Cameron St for the home. They never even bothered to compensate me for my time .I feel I should have been compensated something.
Poor Management and 19:1 nurse ratio
I recently picked up a shift at Haven Health and I did not have computer access to properly care for the patients and administer medication. I tried several times to contact staffing and I went to HR the DON was not in the building and I was told that it was a 19:1 nurse ratio. It is not only a poorly managed facility, it is not safe practice for a nurse.
User's recommendation: Do not pick up any shifts there
