Customer service has never got back to me, after contacting them 5 times about a issue I'm having with my sanua
Having a problem with the steamer, it's leaking water all over and shutting off after 10 minutes. I've had the sauna for almost a year and customer service is not getting back to me after I left 5 voicemails.
