Fraudulent refund policy

- Returned product; support asked details and hair photos; return to China at buyer's expense.
The online purchase information guarantees a full refund if the product is unsatisfactory. I received the product (a special hair brush dryer) and I didn't like it at all.
I tried to return it THAT DAY for a full refund. Twice the customer service response tried to prevent the refund, asking for how I had used the brush, and even pictures of my hair (!!!). The third time they gave in but said the return had to be at my expense to CHINA!!! That costs more than the product.
The return policy should have been fully stated at the point of sale. This supposed "refund" policy is a complete fraud on the customer.
User's recommendation: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
