I either need a refund or have someone explain what happened to/in my acct and why is customer service so hard to get in touch with why am I having so much trouble with this why is it so hard because of the way the website is set up on your app that I cant just easily look at it and tell me what happened to my account how much money where it got taken out from or whatever the case maybe it should be very simple so I dont know what happened all I know is at 10 got put in then 20 got put in maybe minus a small fee for transferring but roughly $30 got put in my account and the nextMorning or a few hours later I only had nine dollars and some change left what happened
