Over charged

Dead and company May 8 was charged for HD and 4K I only want 4K I have other issues I would like to talk about if someone could please call me at 571-361-****. I would highly appreciate it thank you. I also was charged for a full year subscription when I first clicked on it, I was pretty sure it was I would highly recommend that somebody give me a call pretty quickly. I really appreciate it. I dont know why I have to have 100 symbols in this. Its just really ridiculous when all I need is someone to call me because I was charged twice charging me by the month.
