I was playing two machines side by side and was in a bonus round so I was focused more on that machine the security came and stole the money off the second machine I was playing. And I told him hey that's my money he called me a liar. I asked to speak to the boss they 86d me

Poor service resulting in lose of employment
We had an appointment with an important client at a specific time. That afternoon upon arrival,we requested a porter to be at our room at a specific time for early check out, that we could make our appointment on time.
We had quite a bit of luggage and had had the porter assist us getting our luggage to the room. I could have done it myself if I hadn't been told that they had to do it. We were assured that it was "no problem", and didn't give it another thought.
E were ready to check out and call to make sure they remembered. The porter was 30 minutes late, delaying our departure and resulting in my losing of the job.
I wouldn't recommend the Nugget to anyone as far as the "Resort Hotel" goes.

Terrible
Many things I could have dealt with. Long wait to check in, terribly loud room so difficult to sleep, but the raw chicken I was served for dinner from Rosies Diner in house was what put me over the edge.
And the fact that I was told I would be refunded the $13.00 for the dinner and then told by the day manger that he wouldn't do it. Besides the chicken being half raw, they got the bread wrong and the meal was served cold. And called me a liar.
I tried to take this complaint to the hotel management and they were uninterested and non-responsive. So, this place has terrible customer service and the in house restaurants are not very good or even a safe place to eat.

Horrible Buffet Service
I went with my family to the buffet and paid $80. I got dessert for the table.
Dalila El Salvador came to the table and said I could not take so much dessert. Apparently I cannot take more than one serving to the table- it is somehow not allowed. Dalila put her hands all over the dessert, rudely smirked and then said we can keep the dessert. Who touches food on the table of a customer?
She was watching us eat and counting how many desserts we were eating.
She gave us an incredibly rude attitude and a horrible experience. She was so unprofessional.
