Very prompt and nice, received a call back in minutes with a confirmation of when it would be delivered.
Breach of Contract after Hurricane Ian
They never fill on agreed date of the 21st of month so of corse they didnt fill before the Sep 28th arrival of Hurricane Ian. Two weeks later we are set to reopen our restaurant in Fort Myers, call to get tank filled and was told that the Fort Myers depot is permanently closed and it could be a month for a fill!
We scrambled to find a replacement company to set up the next morning, the next morning show up to the NuCo2 tank saying full but about less than half filled even though we were told it could not be filled!
We go ahead with new supplier but now NuCo2 is saying we will be charged a cancel fee and that we are lying about the rep saying we could not get a fill!! Also they charged us double for a full tank that was not filled full!

How do you know that your tank was only half filled? Did you crack it open and check inside?
Did you put it on a scale? Is it see through and you could physically see that it was only half way filled?
