They keep bankers hours - buggy website and no customer support

I paid for a subscription to a Nuance product over the internet on the evening of Friday July 8, 2022, but did not try to download and enter the license key that they gave me until Saturday, at which point I received multiple error messages that said: "The request is blocked. 0HOrJYgAAAADtCZRIkb3TT6NaL1/3XbjfSE9VMDFFREdFMDIxMABhMGFkMjU5Yi1lNTgzLTQyMzYtOWU2ZS01NWE0NDJlY2Y2OTQ= They have no customer support or sales on weekends, so I am stuck having paid for a product that I cannot access. And they did not have the courtesy to warn me of this when I ordered on Friday.

User's recommendation: Use this company only as a last resort - there is no customer service.

Service not provided, loss of data and income, one lie after another, no customer service, only more corruption and lies. All scoundrels and thieves.
