My subscription

I have been with this company since the beginning. I reviewed and updated my subscription to Dragon NaturallySpeaking professional 16 which was an upgrade. I have one desktop and three laptops. The only place where dragon is working properly is on my desktop. On my laptops [Windows 11] it will not work with Mail and then when I tried to install it on my third laptop, it will not install properly, even though I have the serial number of the previous edition. This laptop is brand new and has never had dragon on it which may be the problem. The two questions are how many devices can I load dragging onto. I thought it was five devices I'm at four secondly why is it not working with windows 11 mail

I paid for a subscription to a Nuance product over the internet on the evening of Friday July 8, 2022, but did not try to download and enter the license key that they gave me until Saturday, at which point I received multiple error messages that said: "The request is blocked. 0HOrJYgAAAADtCZRIkb3TT6NaL1/3XbjfSE9VMDFFREdFMDIxMABhMGFkMjU5Yi1lNTgzLTQyMzYtOWU2ZS01NWE0NDJlY2Y2OTQ= They have no customer support or sales on weekends, so I am stuck having paid for a product that I cannot access. And they did not have the courtesy to warn me of this when I ordered on Friday.

Thieves, liars, corruption!

I paid for a service, which was suddenly interrupted because their sales staff insisted on upgrading my system at a high additional cost. When I complained, they screwed me around repeatedly with supervisors that merely defended one another. They stole my data and said they had nothing to do with it. Six months of work was wiped out. When I initiated a complaint, I was again screwed around, with these gangsters - which they are - pretending they didn't know any of the people involved or the sales pitches for an upgrade. These people are the lowest *** in any business. Don't trust a word they say. They're out to steal as much as they can, and if you complain they will destroy your work. Better believe it.

Very Bad

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Continuous problems with the software. Doesn't work most of the time. Customer support is a joke. They are a bunch of idiots. They also try to get you to buy very expensive software to deal with fictitious problems. Stay away from them, they are crooks. If you own their stock, sell it. They won't be around much longer with company practices they use and their inability to honor their agreement.

Horrible Naturally Speaking Software is Junk!

If you're thinking about making a purchase from these people, in a word, DON'T! Their technical support teams are idiots, abusive, and they try to sell you expensive software. I've been a customer for ten years and I will never go back to them. They don't honor their agreements. Their software only works some of the time. If you need technical support, be very careful, they will try to scare you into buying software that is very expensive which you don't need. Never buy from them. They are dishonest and their product is junk.

Nuance's Dragon Naturally Speaking Dumb

Paid $144,99 and downloaded the installation file for Nuance's Dragon Naturally Speaking 13 Home Version. This voice recognition program has got very good reviews and therefore could be quite usefull. So far everything went smooth. But then it was impossible to activate the installation file to start installation on my Windows 8 platform. the FAQ support was useless. It was impossible to find contact data to live support. Spent a lot of time following circular chains of links, apparently to run stressed customers tired . . . CONCLUSION: In spite of the program´s alleged qualities it might be a good idea to go for alternatives. . .

I wouldn't use Dragon Naturally Speaking again if they paid me to use it. It is junk and the customer support is full of thieves.

Stay away, it is a VERY BAD investment. I've been using it for over ten years but after this last go around with them, I'm done for good.

Buyer beware, if you buy it you'll be sorry. If you own their stock I can only guess but with such bad business practises, it's going down.

Nuance sucks

Worst company for technical support. I complained the software got corrupted with the installation of their new "unrelated" software and re installation of old software failed - after 2 hours they gave me a link to reinstall their old Dragon software. I questioned why didn't you do that 2 hrs ago when I asked you? Response, "we thought we could fix it without re-installation! I had already tried to reinstall for hours and it failed- you just had me do all over every thing I had done!! GOOD TRAINING!!! What about the other software that I could not reinstall? Call in , get a new case number (and what spend another 2 hours in training?)

Omnipage Will not run on PC and tech support is clueless

My OmniPage 17 will not work. It's been tried on two computers. Omnipage has been useless. After three tech support sessions totaling nearly 2 hours with three "techs" who read off the same screens and told me to do the same things this product still does not work. I am appalled at the dismal level of tech support. This is positively the worst tech support experience that I have ever had. I've been in the technology business for 23 years and have served as the CEO of two companies. I would have been embarrassed to death if one of my customers had ever been as shoddily treated as I have. I have HEARD good things about OmniPage 17, but right now I could not SAY anything truthful that would be good.

Hey sally, ever hear of Windows 7?

Guest

No Sally he's running Warp. Nothing so fancy as Win 95.

All the CEO's I worked for have no idea of customer service or IT.

So come off your horse and shut up already. You can't install and use a simple program and you cry about it but it's ALWAYS someone else's fault.

Stop running Windows 95 and upgrade your OS. ***.
