I signed up for the subscription so that I could access an image gallery from an event I attended. I had major issues trying to login and kept getting an error message when I changed my password.

I am still unable to login if I try and access my account from another device. When I tried to cancel my subscription I was told I would need to call during office hours - this is basically impossible for me and I believe there should be an option to cancel online.
