Poor customer service train infested with roaches.

Had a return from Syd to BNE. Roach infested. Mentioned to the staff, was laughed at and felt humiliated. Addressed concern with customer service, with pic evidence of roaches but was given a detailed excuse blaming the coastal environment and other customers for the roaches. Suffered a week of allergies, they just didn't care and gave pro forma lip service. Least they could have done was offer a part refund or kiosk voucher if I ever travel again.
