Booked on this service with my grandchildren.
I was told when I booked there would be scones available, chocolate bars etc but the staff had packed everything away and the only thing available was tea even though there was over two hours left on the train..
Not acceptable to pay extra for a service that wasn't provided.

- Roach infestation on Sydney flight; staff laughed.
- Photos shown; excuses blamed coastal environment and other customers; no refund or voucher.
Had a return from Syd to BNE. Roach infested.
Mentioned to the staff, was laughed at and felt humiliated. Addressed concern with customer service, with pic evidence of roaches but was given a detailed excuse blaming the coastal environment and other customers for the roaches.
Suffered a week of allergies, they just didn't care and gave pro forma lip service. Least they could have done was offer a part refund or kiosk voucher if I ever travel again.

- The Melbourne-Sydney sleeper train was bumpy and I got no sleep.
- Every time I got up I hit the steel bed frame, bruising both legs.
I was on the sleeper train from Melbourne to Sydney and the train ride was so bumpy amd got no seep. Also every time I got up I feel back on the steel frame off the bed which left me with bad bruises on the back of both of my legs.
