Just cant get to talk. To anyone phone in queue for days says same thing you are number 8 in the queue

Refund for returned purchase

I bought a Swedish Bath Rail, Customer Order No. 116**** dated 27 July 2023 / Order No 107321. My customer number is 119****.

The product was supplied by Nottingham Rehab Ltd t/a NRS Healthcare.

The product was returned in accordance with the NRS online instructions by EVRI on 03/08/2023 and confirmed as delivered on 08/08/2023.

So far however there has been no reimbursement, I would be very grateful, therefore, if you would investigate and ensure that I am reimbursed accordingly.
