NPO are you even real???!!!

I ordered from this website through group-on in August of 2011 & have still not recieved my order!!! I contacted the company in ther spring twice & spoke w/ someone on the phone. I recieved a few emails assuring me that my order was being processsed, but still...NO FOOD! Now the company is no longer responding to my emails and the phone number for customer service only is an automated message that directs you to email. There is voicemail box or anything! I am livid!!!!! I refuse to give up on my order. I payed a lot of money for this food.

I am having the same problems. I contacted Groupon and they issued me a refund immediately.

NPO assured me that I would receive a refund, but it has been over 30 days with nothing showing in my account. Not sure what to do at this point.

Ordered meat from NPO Foods thru Groupon in Aug and still have never received it!!

Attention: I ordered from NPO Foods thru Groupon in Aug.2011 and still have never received my order. I have called every wk for the last 5 wks and have been told it has been placed as priority. Each wk I get another excuse. Ridiculous !!! Either they have no dry ice or it's too hot. Now they tell me somethings wrong with their FedEx connection!!! I spoke to a guy named JR who told me a story about some poor management from March to July and that they were trying to fix the problem! I'm tired of being lied to.

I placed my order in Summer 2011, it is now one year later and I still haven't received any part of my order!! Every time I call, they tell me something is out of stock.

So I tried to make things easier and change my order to whatever was in stock. I also got told there was poor management and it was too hot to send my order. They NEVER contacted me to update me on my order, it was always me calling to find out the status. This company is obviously incompetent and should not be in business.

I finally asked for a refund, but the card I used I no longer have. I asked them to send a check, they said no I need to call my financial institution to get the old cc#. After being on hold for 15 mins with my cc company, they were able to find my cc# but now I have to wait 5-7 business days to receive statement in mail which will have my #. Now I need to contact Groupon about my refund as well.

I shouldn't have to work this hard to get things settled when it was all their fault, totally bad business.

Very pissed customer. DO NOT BUY FROM NPO FOODS!!!!


after 5 months and calling weekly, i find out that my order was supposedly delivered when i was out of town. i was told every week that my order would come the following week and that i would receive an email on wed. letting me know it was on its way. so my order was delivered while i was in california, i live in georgia, so of course when i came home there was nothing there. i was doing my weekly call and thats when they told me it was already delivered 3 weeks ago. the manager who is probably the most unprofessional person you will ever do, this btw, is the 2nd manager ive had to deal with, said that its UPSs fault since they are supposed to send an email. Well considering that Im a doctor for UPS it wasnt that hard for me to find out their policies and never has UPS sent out emails to their recipients. That only happens if you send thru one of their centers. so its NPO foods problem, and

of course they arent going to do anything about it. when i confronted Jen the manager about it she just hung up on me after saying well thats too bad that you werent in town. One of her employees said that NPO foods has always sent out the emails but that Jen didnt understand that and thats why so many people didnt receive their orders.

the worse part is that customers like us were so patient in waiting for our orders and didnt even call our credit cards to cancel the charges and instead of making things right, the manager just hangs up on the customers and doesnt even bother calling anybody back.

this has got to be the worse company and there should be a lawsuit against them. We all need to file a complaint with the BBB. i told Jen that she was leaving me with only one option which is to call the BBB and she said, i dont care were not registered with them. How professional after I just gave them $200 and didnt even get any product!


Well I have waited since August 2011 and it is now March 15th 2012. 8 months.

8 long months. and each time its some BS story. One week its we're waiting for something to come into supply. our computers are down.

We are waiting for shipping week is when FLorida shipments go out...are you kidding me!!!

this is utter BS. Stay away from this company at all cost.


Your order must be with my order. I call weekly and I am also told it is being shipped that day.

This has been the past 5 weeks. You call and they put you on hold. After holding today for over 5 minutes 3 different times the girl stated she was the only one there.

Too bad I spoke with 3 different people each time I called. This place is horrible.


I have the same issue as above. I call back every week and they tell me "It's going out on Tuesday." It has been 9 weeks since I placed my order and I still have nothing to show for it!
