- - Bought a 2015 Commodore with a 3-year free service.
- - They charged for every service and ignored the contract, prompting police to release the car.
Bought a brand new 2015 Commodore with a contracted 3 years FREE SERVICE.
EVERY time I brought the car for a service, they try to charge me for the service, refusing to honor the Contract. Arguments with supervisors, managers etc. wasting a lots of time.
Every single time, they reluctantly waived the cost of the services. AS PER THE LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT.
Last Free service was done on11/09/18. Same arguments, Same attempts to extract the cost of the service from me; same waste of time, etc, etc EXEPT that this time, they refused to release the car. In response I had to call the Police who directed the Manager to immediately release the vehicle.
After this disgusting experience with this mob, I would STRONGLY recommend any body to stay clear of them. RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!!! T
