Cancellation
I ordered a weed trimmer. Cause I thought mines was missed placed.
I found it and no longer needed the one that I ordered this morning.

I’ve been trying to contact you all day
I need to talk to someone charger doesn't work.. my old single one does but the new double one you sent me doesn't work.

Called customer support on November 30th I was supposed to get a return label. It was to be both emailed and sent in the mail.
I have never received either one.
I thought maybe there was a hold up during the holidays but that is over and done. Please advise Rachel Kutz

Money taken
Zachary took 520.00 check from me for a job to be completed. Job not completed and I have yet to receive my 520.00 back.
He told me he was broke and suffering from a nervous breakdown.
I have no more compassion for this man and I'm a senior citizen needing my money back. Don't trust him and his workI do no do will only have to be redone as I had to reroof my patio after his job completely failed.

Ripped off
I hired Now it Worx handyman service, Zachary Custer. He ripped me off for $520.00, ruined my bathroom cabinet, my antique dresser, left me with a massive water leak in my sprinkler system.
He lied, refused to answer calls and has no license. I want my money returned as I'm a SENIOR and need my money.
