“Free Coupon” item charged $13.99
Website said use code Orange for a free collagen item and collagen jelly sticks. Then tacked $13.99 on top of my order. Slammed and mislead, total deception and fraud.

I couldn’t find the Now Silica Complex on any vitamin site .
I wasnt mad. Just called to find out what happened to the Now Silica Complex.
Cant find it anywhere.
Now Co. has a Great Company and Customer Support!
There Vitamin are Amazing

Monk Fruit Sweetener
Hi,
1)Do you have the direct email address for Now readfood at Bloomingdale?
2)Can I put food grade silica gel pack in the Now Monk Fruit powdered sweetener and into a wine chiller?
3)May I know at what temperature should I store this powdered sweetener Before & After opening?
Our room temperature is hot at day 28-30deg celsius.

I have been taken your Vitamin d3 400mg for a few years. I liked it because of the pure ingredients in it.
The extra virgin olive oil especially. I had just ordered again from Amazon & I now see that you have added SAFFLOWER oil to the formula. I CANNOT eat or take anything with that oil in it! I had Bilateral Breast Cancer & if your nutritionists do proper research, they will see that anyone that has or has had Breast Cancer should Not consume SAFFLOWER OIL!
It is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED . It is an omega 6 oil, which is NOT at all good for anyone who has, had Breast Cancer& is going through chemotherapy! Please advise the ones who " changed the formula . Also Soybean Oil is another oil which is bad for women who have had Estrogen Positive Breast Cancer.You can do the research, Please go back to your original formula with "ONLY the EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "AND " TAKE OUT THE SAFFLOWER OIL.
If men are the only ones making these changes, please do let them know, that men also can get Breast Cancer & for them to think about their mother's & sisters, all the females in their families. Thank you !

Question about one suplement of magnezium
Regard mr mannager.
I would like to ast about one suplement for magnezium. actualy i would like to know about magnezium 400mg veg caps.
In prospect write its 400mg of magnezium from from Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Aspartate. But i would like to know in this one caps 400mg of magnezium ,how meny magnezium have in Magnesium Oxide only, in one capsul.
For example ( I just improvize exapel),one capsul of 400mg magnezium have 100mg magnezium from oxide ,100mg magnezium from asparate and 200mg of magnezium from citrate.
This is what I would like to know.

Hazardous Health Warning Label
I have been buying your NOW Whole Psyllium Husk product (code 5981) for years and consuming it every night before bedtime. Most of the time I purchase your product from Sprouts Market in San Diego, CA.
Today I purchased it and your product bag has a California Proposition 65 warning label on it.
I called your customer service phone number on the Internet and talked to a very nice man, Jaimie. Although he wanted to be helpful, his is clueless about the product (didn't even know what it is or how to spell it) and I was astonished to learn that he didn't even have access to the NOW website to look and/or learn about the product.
I would like know what is in the product or in the process of making the product that now requires a health warning label.
Preferred solution: I want to know what is in the product or the product production process that requires a health hazard warning label.
