October refund request

Be careful! An initial investment was made in September, 2022 through NovaTechfx. Due to subsequent issues involving technical assistance requests which were ineffective and unresolved, I requested my refund in October that was supposed to take 3 months (I was told) to receive. After several attempts, as of today, 06 February 2023, nothing!!! This is very disappointing and damaging.

User's recommendation: Beware! Get details and contact in for regional manager.
