Check went to the wrong address. I received it about 2 weeks ago and it has expired.
My bank says it has to be re-issued by Novacare.
The amount is $210.00. So can you re-issue the cheque to me.

Doctors note to return back to work
Im feeling like I should be able to go back to work and complete my job assignments and only issue is I need note to return to work so if possible I need a note for me that NovaCare it up in attending which is on Pennsylvania Avenue or if so, I can email me a doctors note saying that Im able to go back to work will be greatly appreciate it really need to start taking care of my personal bills

Y'all put wrong doctor to send medicine too
They sent my medicine to wrong doctor they sent it to woodlands instead of to my Beaumont doctor.I have been trying to contact them about this for a week

First, I was told that if I want to soften the blow of a big bill at the end (2 shoulder replacements and 1 knee replacement) I could put $20 or more each visit, which I did) towards the goal of paying it off more quickly.

Again and again I have been told "allow 48 hours" before satisfying my complaint but it's been a year and a half and I still do t have an answer.
