Benefits question for former Novacare employee
Would like to speak to customer service regarding that I worked for Novacare in 1995 and upon signing up for social security benefits I was made aware of a 401k retirement savings plan with plan number 13-3247***-*01. Please assist me with this
Complaint the way I was treated
First time I went in for my pre-op front desk girl so incredibly rude didn't smile looked like we were annoying her and seemed frustrated with my question! I didn't write a review after that visit hoping it was a one time thing and that was a week before my surgery I was nervous and she didn't help I think her name was Shannon that I went v2 week after surgery my first out patient PT session again same thing rude unprofessional and did not want to answer any of my concerns I asked if she could please be a little nicer I just had surgery 2'weeks ago she said she was we left very disappointed my husband and I now have to figure out my PT for the future it's a shame my rehabilitation was not a priority of hers kindness and professionalism is a choice and she was unkind and rude!!!
I will not recommend Nova care Sheffield office Ohio!!! I hope you address this issue no one should be treated like that!!!
Complaint dealing with your business department is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with.
if you could talk to a customer service person and get your issues resolved and get the invoices you need it would be nice. I quit coming to Novacare rehab and I will never come back again not because of the rehab facility, but because your business department is impossible to deal with.

Check went to the wrong address. I received it about 2 weeks ago and it has expired.
My bank says it has to be re-issued by Novacare.

Doctors note to return back to work
Im feeling like I should be able to go back to work and complete my job assignments and only issue is I need note to return to work so if possible I need a note for me that NovaCare it up in attending which is on Pennsylvania Avenue or if so, I can email me a doctors note saying that Im able to go back to work will be greatly appreciate it really need to start taking care of my personal bills

Y'all put wrong doctor to send medicine too
They sent my medicine to wrong doctor they sent it to woodlands instead of to my Beaumont doctor.I have been trying to contact them about this for a week
