i contacted nova glass to replace 2 of my windows balancer. they estimated $250.
they say the parts had to be custom order. they came back on same day saying they found one but will now cost $350. i agreed to installed them but they gave me rusty parts. when i pulled up and down to test.
it was very hard to pull down. they claimed it's fine and it will ease over time, in the next 2 weeks. if any problems to call them. 3-4 weeks went by and it was the same.
i called no answer. left voicemail, no answer. they never return my calls and have disappeared. never do business with this company.
they are a fraud and ripoff. they may have change their business name or address.
