Hello I am absolutely shocked that a company such as wowcher.. Would be promoting a company nova-direct insurance recovery etc
their customer feedback forum and reviews are totally shocking they take money expect the next policy year's to roll on automatically which is shocking by any amount.
The emergency number that you ring is automated and does not answer ever. They do not take telephone calls at any point never. If you do not have a spare wheel for arguments sake or you'll find yourself broken down in a Tesco's car park they will not come out to you they leave pregnant women with children ETC in vulnerable situations..
This company track record is absolutely appalling it is shocking beyond belief just read the reviews for yourself and you'll understand it needs to be stopped immediately and wowcher needs to never ever promote this company..
I try it on with a £10 cancellation fee should you decide the obviously the terms and conditions won't work for you xcetera unbelievable... Read it for yourself..
They should be shut down. And arrested for fraud as they are clearly a scamming company...
