ive been on medical leave for three months I was rear ended and I have a TBI Im getting treated for it now and need to find a place to move to My Wife and I have been applying to Alta wild horse Ranch we are at the Edison in Austin.
Weve been great renters paying on time my credit is 688 on Trans Union and a 729 on Experian Ive verified my income elsewhere and Dave concluded my income was $60,000 alone I dont see why the system keeps putting us as we did not fill in the information which we tied into our banks I have a settlement check coming in and I even took out a loan to go ahead and paid for the first couple of months of rent and were still getting this system unable to process this its really frustrating especially since Im supposed to be resting and not stressing out but I guess this is to be expected really wish there was a more human way to verify these things since some of these systems are incapable of verifying income.
I can get my lawyer to verify my income for me with you but thats not an option I can get my apartment complex to send you a ledger showing our rental history and thats impossible to do.
Please advise what I have to do thank you.
