Refused to accept return
- Two dresses were advertised as in California.
- Delivery took 3 weeks.
- The items were not as pictured and did not fit a standard small.
They represent themselves as doing business at a physical location in Los Angeles. When you need to return garments - all really shoddy and ill-fitting - they give you a spiel about how much it will cost you to mail it back to China with tariffs, etc etc.
They are clearly a bait-and-switch operation. STEER CLEAR
Two dresses were ordered from web site stating they were in California. Took 3 weeks for delivery.
The items were not as pictured & were designed for a freakish body - not mine. I'm a standard small.
They refused to take them back and went on with malarkey about expense of sending to China and duties, etc etc. So clearly I am stuck with the cost.
Preferred solution: Full refund
