I got told multiple times they weren't going to do anything. Then get a call saying they'll cover half.

I can't even afford to pay the other half when I just replaced the transmission 6.5 months ago, paid 5,000 for that then for the linkage cable they broke and then the day before they tell us the whole transmission is blown for a 2nd time they tell me that it's the seal. Just the transmission seal, so we paid a couple hundred for that as well. My husband missed multiple days of work AT CHRISTMAS time they still have his car and I don't have the almost 3 grand to throw in with nissan to cover the other half.

I just fully paid to replace it the first time. I'm livid.

This is a long story, but it's important. My husband took our car (Nissan sentry 2016) to nourse Nissan chillicothe ohio.

About 6 or so months ago, he took it at 133,000 miles to get checked and they said transmission was out. We paid 5 thousand dollars (every bit of our savings and every bit of 2 of our checks and borrowed some too that we are still paying back, as it was only 6 or so months ago) he takes it in, gets new transmission. The day after he picked it up, they had messed up the linkage cable and we couldn't put the car In park. So the very next day after the brand new transmission, we had to take it back.

Meanwhile my husband is missing all of these days of work so less money for my family. Now 6 or so months later, it's acting weird. He takes it back to nourse in chillicothe ohio, and they say oh no big deal its a transmission seal. Out 2 or 3 more days of work.

Then they say oh it's fixed come get it. He leaves and as soon as he pulls off their lot it's jerking horribly (where it wasn't jerking before) so he takes it back immediately. Wasn't even 5 minutes away. And when he gets It back there they say, hm whole transmission is screwed.

6 or 7 months old... so how? They said they talk to Nissan and try to get it covered because it hasn't been long and shouldn't have happened... yall say screw us because the amount of miles on it.

It is Christmas time we have kids to give Christmas TO And everytime I try to Christmas shop, nourse and Nissan are taking more and more money. We are barely surviving at this point and we need help. WE went with nissan because we were told they were great running vehicles and last. And that is not our experience.

It's Christmas time. My husband works so hard to provide for us and that is our only car. It's already to small to fit us all but we make it work. It's his only way to and back from work and we just gave 5 grand we didn't have for a transmission and now we are being asked to give 5 more.

That we do not have.

Not only that but we also paid hundreds in between for the other random crap they said it was, when apparently the entire transmission was shot. I do not want to start giving bad reviews and telling everyone our horror story.
