Despite four requests bank has failed to get 1098 tax document to me. Staff refuses to email it and will only use USPS which has failed twice but they still will not do whatever it takes.
Inane refusal to email 1098 when USPS failed to get it to me twice. USPS is NOT more secure than email but staff/corp is obstinate in refusing to do whatever it takes to comply with their legal obligation to furnish tax document.

Preferred solution: My 1098 form in time for tax deadline
