Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I send many e-mails and call the notino many times.

for the first time I cannot solve it because they said the lost item it for free, but actually it is part of my goods.

The Notino showed that buy over 85 pounds get a free gift. When I pick my package it was broken and my free gift fly away.Ultimately, they resent a free gift to me.

When I received my package, it was broken and the items inside were missing. There should be three bottles of perfume, but now I only have two.
I actually bought a 100ml bottle of perfume and a 30ml bottle of perfume, and I was supposed to receive a 30ml bottle of perfume as a gift, but I didn't get the 30ml gift.
In fact, this gift is listed on your website as being worth about £30.

Instead, you only decided to give me a £3 voucher as compensation.
I do not accept this solution. The value of my lost goods is much more than three pounds. My request was to send me a new one, or give me a refund of 30 pounds.

Buying over £85 to get a 30ml free gift is your marketing ploy and I wouldn't shop on your website if it wasn't for the giveaway gift.
I picked it up from the local post office. You can ask the post office to confirm that the package was damaged when I picked it up.
I used to love you so much and even recommended your site to many friends, but the current solution is disappointing to me.
