After I made the purchase I contacted customer support and he told me that they couldn't honor the coupon if I had already made the purchase. I purchased the watch because it was affordable as well as some earbuds. The watch did not work well because it continually disconnected from Bluetooth and constantly notified me when it was disconnecting and reconnecting. I purchased the item through a third party installment plan.
As I went to return the item, I had to notify the third party of the return, then contact the vendor and send the item back. When I spoke with the representative from nothing tech they sent me the shipping label and I returned it within 48 hours. I later received an email stating that it would take two to four business days for them to receive it, inspect it and honor the refund. It has been more than 2 weeks since I have returned the item and I have too many email threads of me inquiring of status updates.
Someone is vaguely telling me that.
Sorry for the delay. They don't know why they're going to check into it while I'm still here waiting and about to incur a charge for an item I no longer own and didn't like.
