After waiting a month, not only did they send me the wrong planner, they had zero customer service. When the "correct" planner that was ordered arrived, found the April monthly spread missing the other half of the page!
Such terrible customer service and quality assurance. Was a first time customer and have not returned since.

I’ve only had my life planner for 2 months and it has completely fallen apart! I paid extra to have gold spiral which started peeling off after about 2 weeks.
Then a month later the cover page has started tearing away from the spiral. I have contacted customer service as I feel this is unacceptable for spending $80 on it!!
I will definitely not be purchasing from them again and will stick with my more affordable planners. Not worth the money!
