Thought I would try them- sounded like a great idea- get a doc notarized from my office without having to find a notary. First- prices are no given until you upload the document.
So, I didnt agree with the price- wasnt worth it. Secondly, they continue to email relentlessly to come back and pay and continue. Of course, I do not want to do so. However, there is no way to opt-out, and even more concerning, no way to delete your account and file for privacy protection measures.
Im wondering about the company, their social media accounts arent even enabled. Website looks to be from the late 90s as well.
We have finally blocked their domain at our email server. However, I want my private document deleted and my account deleted immediately!
