Somebodys charging our checking account $500 purchasing different orders on my business account and my business account. I get my Temu stuff for free so theres gonna theyre trying to post another $500 worth of stuff ordering different things that I never ordered so please cancel those orders from our checking account and the report as fraud again

- The antiperspirant broke off the plastic base and must be held to apply.
Antiperspirant cracked from it's base. The is no long warranty (purchased many years ago) for this product.
It was very easy to get someone on the phone from Norwex. Unfortunately they had no answers to my question as my antiperspirant had broken completely off the plastic carrying base which means you have to hold it in your hand to apply it now. It's a fun product because you can put it in your bag and fly with it but not fun because it did break off the base.

I spoke with a representative and they say anything bought 2019 was only warranty for 3 years after 2021 they started the warranty for 5 years.
Preferred solution: Full refund

- Inactive consultants shouldn't be charged extra fees.

I was placed as inactive a while ago. When a consultant becomes inactive I would think that the company would not charge them additional fees and services.
I cant afford to keep my account active so why would I continue to send out catalogs and flyers to people who are not ordering.
To me that would be customer and consultant service. Still love some of the products!
