Norwalk Sheriffs Station

I received a stop sign ticket one Tuesday morning when I was on my way to Bible study, I stopped long enough to even see the cop and there was no other cars or pedestrians around. Well he came behind me, pulled me over and gave me a citation.

Now I'll have to figure out how I'll pay it, and pay for driving school because I cannot afford to have my insurance go up. Were struggling to get by and this unnecessary ticket will ruin us. We don't have extra cash at the end of the month. We saved to be able to take our son to raging waters and that'll be cancelled.

This city allows people to shoot up and smoke *** all along pioneer Blvd.

Gangs destroy neighborhoods yet a stop that wasn't long enough got his attention. No wonder.

Came to my house blackmailing me and called me a piece of *** do not stand up for your rights they will retaliate trust me. Wrote internal affairs anonymously but we shall see the jerk refused his badge so just gave his name and hit up DOJ once again

Our adult daughter works in Norwalk at a small hospital. She is a necessary medical worker.

Her car was towed, while on the street near the hospital while she worked. BECAUSE the DMV did not notify her there was an emissions recall on her car, that blocked her registration being sent or completed, despite paying it a few months ago. When she arrived at the station she was met with hostility, "don't care" attitude, AND worse, the sign in the lobby says you can pay with credit/debit card, but when she returned to get her car with the fees, they informed her it was CASH. NO one told her that, they said the sign was wrong.

REALLY??? Then informed her there was an ATM down the block, where she WALKED alone as a young woman, at dusk. She asked for a ride as she was scared to walk in that neighborhood. They did not oblige.

In this age when there is so much disdain for law enforcement, WHY would you add to it. There was no ticket given, no boot attached to the car, they TOWED it, then made it doubly difficult to get the car out.

She also had to find a ride to the tow place, in an awful neighborhood, after dark to pick up her car. ALL this took her away from her job in the hospital where she is definitely ESSENTIAL to the life of her patients.

Today I was arrested by Norwalk sheriffs because I did not have my license with me... I was not read my rights and when they took me in they put me in a cell with three Hispanic gangsters...

One of them was in there for attempted murder... I am a white male that has never been to jail before...They said I would only be there to get processed and they would let me out... I asked if I can use the phone and they said no... Over the next several hours I begged and pleaded to use the phone so that my family would know where I was...

They never let me use the phone... I did not get released for 7 and a half hours... The whole time I was in there my girlfriend was calling them and they were giving her very little information... She explained to them that I haven't called any of my family so they knew that everyone knew that they weren't giving me my phone calls...

Being a white male with no tattoos and no record made me wonder how do these crooked cops treat Hispanic or black inmates...

This is a problem that needs to be addressed... Please let's keep getting the word out on these crooked cops we can make a difference.

I have epilepsy and PTSD,and 4th of July in my area sounds like a war zone with illegal constant fireworks. Now, I like having fun as much as the next person,but illegal means "against the law" yet the officers would not come.

The second time I called the person who took my call admitted the firecrckers were illegal but "get us more funding and we would be able to patrol." This is sad. The kid next door to me is also sick and very disturbed by these these unrelenting illegal firecrackers not to mention puppies and babies. Yes, earplugs are available, but do not cut out this noise and illegal is illegal. The desk said "I'm too busy taking 911 calls to help you" and I thought to myself "yes and I will be the next one due to the seizures these thousands of unwelcome blasts" may cause.

These fireworks are startling, louder than M-80's hundreds of gunshots going off all at once.

Like a literal war zone. And the officer *admitted* they were illegal.

The Norwalk Sheriff Station’s officer of the day on 10/2/2014 recognized my disability but was resolved to do violence against my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act and other statures by denying me access to services. Acting under color of authority, he told me to my face he denied me service because I was disabled in front of several witnesses including my wife, another officer, and the surveillance cameras in the station lobby.

1) I request a public apology, from the officer of the day on 10/2/14, to the entire disabled community for denying me and other disabled citizens access to services.

2) I request the officer of the day apologize to the entire Norwalk Sheriff Station for casting their hard work in such a negative light by behaving child-like in front of the public.

3) I request a review of the video tape of the lobby 10/2/2014 from 9am to 10pm to access the behavior of the officer of the day in question. I believe an administrative review is in order.

Today he was arrested for sweating and being nervous. He was a passenger in a car that made an illegal turn.

When they had him get out of the car he was sweating and nervous. He always sweats when it gets hot and he had been working all day. They put him in cuffs and took him to jail. This happened at about 4:30 and now it is 9:00 and he is being released because he was NOT under the influence.

But it will be 11:00 before we can pick him up. They are very short and rude at the station and I am so tired of this. How do these people keep getting away with this.

December 2010 I had a minor dispute with my sister who called the sheriff. The sheriff arrived and surrounded the house at gun point.

I called 911 and explained they told me to go out and surrender I did I was tazered and four strapped and taken to a psycward. I was discharged with no shoes or wallet and spent Christmas and new years alone homeless cold on the streets. The doctor ordered be back to work.

I was arrested in April 2010 by officer DEPUTY SYLVIA MORENO BADGE no #483164 NORWALK SHERIFFS 12335 CIVIC CENTER DR.IN NORWALK CALIFORNIA Because my boyfriend grabbed me hard on the arms slapped me on the face and poked me on the chest 4 times. All I was trying to do was get away from him.Because his attitude was escalating to more aggressiveness more abuse.So I called 911 for my protection but instead DEPUTY MORENO ARRESTED ME she asked me questions then she intimidated me making me say that I provoked him and that I slapped my boyfriend first.I told her that he was drinking and u could come in my house and see how much many cans that he drank but she said no.

And that he called me names and grabbed me first hard on the arm just because I was trying to get away from him and then I try getting the phone to call 911 so he got more angry and grabbed my other arm violently took the phone from me then he slapped me on the face.Moreno asked him questions my boyfriend did admit to what he did to me but instead she arrested me she should have arrested him too. I also know that Moreno worked with him once maybe she favored him or DEPUTY MORENO HAD A CRUSH ON HIM.But this is neglect of her duty and dishonesty because he admitted to the other officers what abuse he inflicted on me that accompanied her. Also she let my boyfriend drive intoxicated and without a license. When DEPUTY MORENO arrested and handcuffed me I was complying and I not being aggressive with her in no way shape or form all I did was turn around to look at her to say please please don't leave my kids alone let the father stay with them then she kicked my legs aggressively spread apart wanting to throw me on the floor.I told Moreno about his drinking she said that you can't get arrested for drinking.

I also said that he abusies the kids and Moreno said theirs nothing I could do about it. SYLIVA MORENO has no experience in domestic violence situations obviously she never been abused and she does not have kids.

OFFICER OR DUPUTY ITS ALL THE SAME SHE LACKS TRAINING IN PSYCHOLOGY AND NOT JUST INTRODUCTION.I never been in jail before I don't drink or do drugs and I don't have a short temper and I get along with my neighbors no matter how they act with me I will still get along with them. Can somebody out there tell me what I can do about this cop.

why do sheriffs act as if they can do no wrong, i was just minding my own business along with a good friend of mine, mr john wolf, when out of no were there sheriff police cars come racing with there guns brandished pointed directly at us as we were told to freeze don't move, we were just coming from johns house cause we were seniors at santa fe high school when we were frightented to death, apparently we look like the subjects that were described to then, we are obviously school boy going to the shakeys to eat dinner, the sheriffs did not even apologize for threatening us at point blank with there handguns, i wanted to be a law enforcement agent till this occurred, i want to identify all the wrong doing that the norwalk sheriffs have done to me since i am currently a great security officer and i have been doing just ok for my self, i mean its some what meaningful to me to treat everyone with respect, and never base anything on assuming, well like i was saying, all you ever hear is when the sheriffs do something kind but what if its bad i mean lets look at a good deputy, mark christianson, a highly respectable detective that gathers the facts there has only been a very few that i have met that have made that difference, the norwalk sheriffs had taken one thing near and dear to me, the image of truth and honest justice, these knew deputies have no self respect to assume that everyone is bad till proven innocent, i have felt so much anger for this agency cause they assume an image of stupidity, they don't go the extra mile before assuming to mirandize you, i wish that one day i can see my local law enforcement group in a different light but till then i can only pray that i can walk down the street without being harassed by the sheriffs of norwalk....

i have done nothing and a norwalk sheriff deputy places me in hand cuffs for his protection, well allow me to to ask what about the peoples protection from them, i was called a wash out,a ***, an ***, by a sheriff deputy, this sheriff deputy even called his own co-workers on the day shift all the day shift looks out for are free bees from local merchannts, like shop and go in nowalk, this sheriff showed me that not all sheriffs are there to protect and serve, i have grown to hate the norwalk sheriffs for misconduct.
