No help with receipts being in pkg
- Boots were sent to Clinton Correctional Facility, Dannemora NY, denied due to no price receipt, with a $70 return charge.
I ordered boots from your site and had them sent to Clinton COrrectional Facility Dannemora NY. I assumed there would be a receipt or invoice in the pkg.
The prison although they met their requirements denied bc no receipt with the price. So there they set until we go or they charge 70$ out of my sons acct to mail them back to vendor. I talked to my husband who had sent a pair also denied but his were from your company but ordered off of Amazon.
If its not a gift I would hope you would put an invoice in the pkg. Now I have 2 pair of your boots sitting in a prison bc of this.
