- They forced us to return with pets days later to charge again.
- Staff were rude and pressured unnecessary repeat visits for more money.
Tried to force us to bring pets back in just days later to charge all over again. Rude staff that doesnt care about your animals at all, they just want your money & try to scam you to come in as many times as possible unnecessarily.
