Monopoly company that doesn't care about its customers. Complains they need to raise rates to meet energy demands while their CEO makes ~$2,000/hour. I have a novel idea, how about you cut your CEOs ridiculous salary to help pay for infrastructure to meet customer's energy demands instead of giving the little guy the shaft.

I tried to switch my account that it was billed from, and I switched it to our new account. Come to find out that you have to call them to have it switched over so what is the point of having a wallet on Northwest energy when it doesn't actually take the money from that wallet and charges you on your old account.
After 25 minutes on hold the person on the phone wasn't helpful and clearly just wanted to get on to the next customer. If I could switch from this monopolistic $h*thole of a company I would but nope!

Price gouging us seniors my bill should not be half my check budget billing is no better they need to get down to 150 at most we have other bills we shouldnt be paying for anything you want your hurting people on fixed income but ask for more raises psc get a handle on it or cap them with people on limited income

I refuse to use my heat, only shower every other day, do maybe 2 loads of laundry a week, hardly cook at home and changed all my lights and electrics to energy efficient! What more can someone do to NOT get a 350.00 bill for stupid electricity every month? And isnt electricity recycled in a never ending current?

Power came back on. Thank You to the men who cut tree up and stayed til 10:30 p.m so we'd have power

Im no longer communicating with nwe cant gat a straight or honest answer they lie its awful i filed complaint with psc n they are looking into everything i demand outa this so far there not giving the info cause they cant give evidence to lies n excuses
there price gouging us bad i live on 880 month my bill is half that no one reads meters so how do they know i dont do nothing different febuary my bill was 171 this month it 347 really its stupid n needs to stop thats a huge difference that i know for a fact is wrong theysay i got rigs n alot plugged in the lady i talked to told me to call churches heating assistance my lieap lasted 2 months n there is no help n when i ask her how are they getting readings she said it gets sent to office thats a lie only way thats done is smart meter i dont have one it needs to end nowfind someone else

Low power line
A power line is getting very low. It is connected to my neighbor's house and rubbing on trees. I feel unsafe with how much it is dropping down.
They are Crooks
Not only have they shut power off in the summer on a elderly diabetic woman who needed to keep her medication in the fridge for three months. They also very recently shut the power off on a paralyzed woman and her family and its still winter like conditions right now over a 10 mistake on a bill not realizing that they had paid the wrong amount.
They would have paid the last ten so the power didnt get shut off.
Now its gonna cost them 700 to turn it back on. Its disgusting of this company to be so callous.

The NWE service rep confirmed tgat my account and that if my tenant were current and said that the voucemaik I received was oart if a scam.
Worst electric company ever
TERRIBLE customer service!!!! They can send out disconnect notices in the winter time and when you need help you call their number and it over an hour wait!
With all this covid crap going on the least they could do is answer their phones since everyone is working from home. They have enough people to send these noticed 10 days apart and can get somebody out there to disconnect the power yet, won't answer the phone. Absolutely unreal.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!Don't use these people....Don't use. Should be out of business!
