North west tire in dickinson,nd. I called to let them know that my battery was almost dead after sitting in their shop from 10 to 6pm for balance and alignment. Their manager Mike laughed at me and said they are not responsible. What they didn't know it's that I also work as a tech in a shop and know doors get left open by accident and kill the batteries. I tried to explain this to Mike and it probably was an accident. Mike didn't care. So don't bring your vehicle to northwest tire in Dickinson, nd. They are uncaring and overall suck at customer service

Lied about rebate
Northwest tire court st flint mi. After calling i was told there is a 160.00 rebate on the tires i wanted. When i arrived at the store there was a sign on the tires stating 160.00 rebate. I was told that was only on a Goodyear credit card, so i applied for and received it. When i got my rebate check weeks later it was for 80.00. I contacted the Goodyear co. they said those tires were only 80.00. So i called northwest and they said sorry but nothing they can do. so beware get it writing that you get the rebate they offer. I feel they falsely advertised this rebate knowing it would take weeks for me to find out when i received my check.
