WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR
- -Nepotism and 4 months without support; staff are threatened and blamed.
- -They lie about support, curb opinions, and supervisors are seldom available.
The nepotism is unbelievable.
Had no support for the first 4 months, they threaten their staff, they don't take responsibility when they fail (instead blame everyone else)... they lie about supporting and make excuses (and your not allowed the same)...
they don't allow you to have an opinion. supervisors were rarely available with the excuse that they have a lot of other properties (but your not allowed excuses) in fact, they'll throw you under the bus.
I had to purchase most of the office materials before getting and after I got to my office.

- Former property manager Shannon was described as entitled and manipulative.
- The place has bullies and now charges for parking; rent has been raised.
Used to live at this awful place years ago and it was a nightmare. Lots of bullies living there.
One of them used to be the former property manager named Shannon and she was a mega entitled Karen. She was always a fan using emotional blackmail. Now that she is no longer working for this place. Grey Star is no different.
They now charge for parking space and that is so wrong.
Plus raising the rent too much. Be careful of this place.

They couldn't care less about the residents' safety and the liability. Very, very disappointed with the owners of this place.

Residents with dogs let them *** and *** in the hallways and the elevator and the stairways. It’s a disaster.

- Trailwinds Apartments in Idaho is income-restricted and NWRECC owns it.
- Maintenance issues occur daily and residents' smoking is not being stopped.
There is an income restricted apartment called Trailwinds Apartments. It is owned by NWRECC.
Its here in Idaho. I must say that the owners of this place are not very very professional. Every day something is always breaking down. Also its being overrun by some of the residents who are pot smokers and vaping.
They should know better not to be smoking in their units.
Its worse every single day. The owners of this place are not even putting a stop to it.
