Waiting time
- Waited over 2 hours for a blood draw at Northwest Health Valparaiso; draw took under 10 minutes; CHS/St Mary's wait times are under 15 minutes.
Yesterday, it too a little more than 2 hours to be seen by a laboratory technician at Northwest Health on Roosevelt Road in Valparaiso, Indiana for a blood draw that only to less than ten minutes to complete.. That is unacceptable.
The wait time at Community Health Systems/St Mary's Medical Centers in Hobart and Valparaiso Indiana is usually less that 15 minutes.
Northwest Health needs to make some serious changes in this regard.
