Horrible Experience
NorthStar is the biggest money grab in all of youth hockey. They make you a whole bunch of promises to get you to sign up and then dont deliver on any of them.
We tried reaching out to talk through things with them but once they have your money they will ghost you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this program.

Stay away from this company and their bad business practices. Starting with the co owner that calls himself a scout and coach to the rest of their incompetent staff.
I can go on and on about how they are only money hungry and dont car about development at all. I will keep it short and sweet. My son is going into his 7thg year of tier 1, and we have been to a lot of tournaments in that time, and I have been to some money grab, NorthStar Elite is by far the worst.
I wish I read the reviews before sending them money!! Stay Away!!!Fraud!!!

Gross Incompetence
North-Star Elite hockey is the worst company Ive ever dealt with after spending 25+ years in the industry. They are negligent in every action and continue to amaze me with how inept they prove to be. North-Star Elite is the last place you should seek to invest your time and money.

The co-owner can't really skate well, hard to imagine him teaching or developing any skating skills.
THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE
Not enough space to detail their incompetence. They will over promise services and hardly ever deliver, but are quick to take your money.

NORTHSTAR Elite Hockey LLC over promises and under delivers. Purchased products that were never delivered, contrary to their refund and return policy.
I still have not received resolution 6 months later. Additionally, during another purchase I had to contest charges through a credit card company to gain resolution.
North Star still retain money from products never delivered. The staff is incompetent and over claims achievements and successes, sometimes without the approval of the orgaization.
