I went there to fix a very simple problem in the car. after 20 minutes of coordination with parts shop and staff, the receptionist said it will cost about $400!
when I went to the next mechanic workshop they fixed the problem by $50 including the original part !
It's not the first time I encounter such a problem.
last time which I went there, the discrepancy between their services and the other certified mechanic workshop was about about $4000 !!! and dealership said they won't guarantee to fix the problem but the other certified mechanic in the city guaranteed it for 3 months!
You can justify yourself about this dealership.
Offensive man in service department
How bad is it when you bring your daughter with you to get servicing on your vehicle and the service coordinator can't stop looking at her ***. I should add my daughter's fifteen.
He then has the nerve to tell her you got a nice set and pauses then says of tires. I told him the tires were mine and so was she and that she was my fifteen year old daughter.
Of course I had a few choice words which were not taken seriously by him and no management to be found to address my concerns, just another female employee that said yes, he's like that and apologized. Never going back there and should be going to report "D" as a ***.
Was sold a lemon twice
I bought my first used Rav4 from Northside and after 2 weeks it broke down. I was in there at least once a month for different major repairs.
They kept denying there was anything wrong with the vehicle and finally I got someone to listen to me after a year and 3 months and they admitted that they sold me a lemon and they put me in another Rav4 at my own expense. In 2.5 months, I took the newer Rav4 in for the same issues 4 times and nothing was ever done with it. I had to wait 2.5 months for a part to come in for them to fix the rear differential after only owning the vehicle for 2 months. The Rav4 wasn't drivable and they didn't even give me a loaner.
They booked me in 4 times for that repair and 3 times the part wasn't there or the wrong one was ordered. Tint costs $90 and they charged me $170 and it wasn't even done right, these are just a couple of example of the many things that went wrong. They would drive my vehicle around and waste my gas every time I left it there. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
It's all about how much money they can make off you. The total amount of money I lost on all the transaction would have almost paid for a vehicle, I was taken advantage of every step of the way.
I will never EVER buy another vehicle from them and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. By far it's been the worst experience I've encountered.
662 juan echvarria lied to me
The mileage board in my Toyota Pris wasn't working. I took my car to Northside Toyota Scion to the service advisor 662 Juan Echevarria and he said it is burned then he charged through my coverage and replaced it twice.
Again the third time the same thing happened again, my mileage board wasn't working. That time my car died and i tried to jump start the car and suddenly it started working again. I believe the last two times the same thing happened somehow my hybrid system wasn't working and when I jump start it, it starts up again.
So please investigate on this matter and let me know. They wasted alot of my time and money.
