Delays , run around on fix recalls on a ford vehicle i have there ......

well we leaved a vehicle for recalls to be fix 2 recalls ,if i am not mistaken and car is not even start to get fix , no calls from service department advisor, we ;leaved voicemails only to not be call back with a fair update , when we get a hold of service advisor he only limits to say parts are not in yet , i asked when we can expected to be get there and he said he will speak to parts ( of course after i kept pressing the matter, that there is no way from them not to have a time frame) is not like they can not bring parts form another areas of USA , if that the case .

we experienced this before when the bad publicity north side ford had on service department area (sometime in 2022 or 2021), as far as the delays and poor treatment to customer's"; at the time we had a car with some recalls as well and service department was giving us the same run around as they are doing right now, but after the bad publicity there received form somebody else on you tube at the time when we had our car there, I believed miraculously, we received the great news that our car will be ready in less than 2- 3 days apparently they received parts miraculously, the same parts they said it will take them a lot of time to get months they said at the time ... so i guess same thing is happening now ...

will wee what it takes for northside ford to make us the favor to fix the vehicle we have currently with them.

question: so is it because recalls are not paid by ford factory to this dealers at the same rate or they don't get pay at all for them , that they choose to send to the limbo services cases like mine ... because they don't get pay enough for the repairs... i wonder how ford company feels about this kind of issues...

that do not give confident to customers to buy ford vehicles, since they have issues so i guess often that they dealers like northside ford don't have parts to fix cars , therefore ford cars are getting the reputation of been a hazard to have for this kind of headache what kind of publicity is that... for they product...

Lied about truck

I contacted them to trade in a very good truck. They offered $29,000 and I took it in for them to see in person . They then offered me an insulting $10,000 LESS and then lied and said it would lower $1,400 because of broken moon roof. It was NOT broken and stupid A__ __ sales guy was not smart enough to push button to close it, but they used that dishonest tactic to lower offer. Then the. In I had from their website of truck as THERE was not even made yet... on assembly line,, go figure, then to top all , they had a 2021 in show room they had listed as NEW but had 4,000 miles but they were selling as NEW. Total BS and lies from the 56 minutes I spent with them . Recommend you NOT deal with them in any way unless you want to be screwed over. From the owner manager on down. Total disappointment and BS . I saved over $30,000 by NOT buying from them , thank you NS ford for being terrible !!!

Agree. They are terrible and dishonest and do the “ bait and switch” thing on you.

Probably the worst ford dealer in 50 miles of San Antonio area . Do not go there .

Lemon law

We bought our car from Northside ford, it will be 2 years in August. At first it seems the bosses wife drove this car and had her dogs with her. When we bought it we had no idea, it was covered in dog hair. We soon realized it was a dealers cars. Well it took a year to remove the hair by having it detailed and purchasing a car purifier. After over a year I was able to drive my car, with out my eyes swelling up and itching all over. Then we have had transmission problems and every time we turn it in to Ford, they think they fix it. Well they didn’t. When we drive our car it would feel like someone would hit in the rear and it seems like the car tried to shut off,It’s like getting a whiplash. Our car has been in the shop 4 times for the transmission. The repair person is Michael Rigdon. (This Time) This is what he told us. “It looks like the converter came apart on your transmission so they’er Going to go back through it change out the converter and some connectors and clutch kit. Then put it back together again. We should have you out of here by Wednesday of next week. I will be out of town from tomorrow till Tuesday. But I will have my phone with me if you need to get a hold of me.” We travel a lot and on one of our trips the car would indicate that we had transmission problem so we would pull over and let it cool off. Mind you we were in the desert, no town around us. We soon realized if we used the cruise control it would give us that message. So we stopped using it. At least for that trip. I need advise please we are in our golden years and need a good vehicle.

Northside Ford - Manager Review

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. People are rude, especially the managers. Sales people are incompetent. They have no customer service skills and don't return phone calls or emails. Guess they don't care about their customers. They *** you around and waste your time. They act like they're going out of their way to get you the best deal when it's the same deal all Ford dealerships offer. They low ball you on your trade-in as well. Show you one vehicle then sell you a different one stripped down. Deceptive sales practices. New truck 4 days old damaged on their property and they refuse to acknowledge it and fix damage. The *** of a manager I dealt with, Charlie Rodriguez told me I couldn't prove it happened there and to call my insurance company. Sad they wouldn't take responsibility and fix it, especially when i just spent over 40k on truck. Manager was about as friendly and helpful as a cobra! Should have stuck with Red Mccombs, they have never treated me with disrespect and HAVE gone out of their way to accommodate me. Learned a very expensive, valuable lesson. Would never go there again nor recommended them.
