Trouble signing in on Northshore Conn
Every time I go on it, it makes me sign in again. To say the least it makes me extremely angry. I have things to do rather than fuss around with a damn piece of stuff that doesnt work.

They need to focus more or hire more reps. I had to get between them " northshore and my insurance cause northshore doesn't respond to my insurance.
They keep billing me with increases. Need to be more proactive!!

I had to wait 7 hours in ER to get CT SCAN test results
And only one doctor is available
I will share horrible news with everyone I know so they thing twice to go to northshore or not

Verified ReviewerConstant repetition of same test results and make appointments on my portal.
I called the helpline, They connected me to a complaint department. Person answered from the Lake Forest hospital didnt know there was such a department.
By now the entire situation was mind boggling.
It was suggested that I turn off my notifications, I mentioned that if I turn off notifications If I do that, how will I know when a new notification is posted? This person was going to send this information to some other office (which by now I dont remember who that would be)
If you are having a hard time trying to make sense out of all my post, so am I!
As of now, someone from some department will call me to ( maybe) resolve this!

ICouldnt submit complaint because I am being notified that my name needs capital, number, etc. In order to submit! I think I know my name.

Impossible to get information
I get a message saying that I have a review of my last meeting with doctor. But it is impossible to get that information.
NS Connect is amateurish and certainly impossible to use. What the *** is wrong with those people?
No medical care
My recently deceased wife and I have been in NS network for close to 20 yrs. I was referred by my NS primary to neurology for back pain - stenosis.
Even with promises from their nurses, NS never would return my calls for appointment, The same was true in the past for my wife. Primary said go to any doctor. I went to Mayo clinic in MN and was diagnosed with stenois in back and surgery, but also was told I have gastrointestinal cancer. I'm now going to northwestern medicine soon for radiation and chemo.
No sense in trying NS during Covid stonewalling. I even had to tell immediate care I thought i had covid to get some prednisone for back pain during your shutdown
I had been seeing an osteopathic MD for my back with good results in NS Mt Prospect immediate care location. My three latest appointments were after Mayo trips. I have 3 recent negative covid tests in my NS epic record from Mayo.
This week I answered yes to being out of state in last two weeks as usual. No problem in the past with MN. This time I waited 2 hours and the nurse came in and said I was no longer allowed visits due to MN trips. Insanity.
With my frequent tests I am safer than most. I was in their rooms for 2 hours, Who is the state designator of covid travel, Illinois is just suffering more from your medical care denial.
Does he even know where MN is located ? If the clinic personnel really looked MN up it must have just been changed,
Before you changed the appointment questions a week ago you could not even schedule a telephone visit appointment in NS connect if you answered yes to the out of state question - total incompetence.

Providing False information on people records
I am very concern with the fact that the negligance of the northshore connect customer service by providing false infirmation on the northshore connect account may cost a baby' s life if nurses and doctors do not read past medical history and provided vaccines. On my child' s account it is stated that hepatitis b vaccin is overdue. However, the nurse and the health care team confirmed that all of the vaccines so far have been given and flu shot is comming to be given.What about if doctors and nurses go by what is stated on the system and a baby receives more hipatitis b vaccine than it is supposed to.

Well, took a Ferritin Test. My iron level was 600, the highest on the range is 300.
She is leaving network in Dec.
She didn’t order new blood test in case of error and made no recommendations other than redo next year. She just wants to get out the door.
