Ripped Off! Incompetincy in their work

We had this service come over to fix a lock on our screen door. He charged $295.00 an hour for 40 minute of work. He also did not have a small part. He came back with the part and charged$175.00 labor for 5 minutes and charges $8.00 for a $$4.00 Part ( I priced it a Home Depot) His work lasted 3 WEEKS! He refused to come back! He refudenoreason to come back.
