Very poor customer service

I was told someone would call me back that day (never happened). The next day, I received a call reminding me of my appointment. Once again, I asked if the oil change was covered. Again, I was told someone would call me back that day (never happened).

The next day, I showed up on time for my 11:00 am appointment and was told "we're running a little behind" and I would have to wait 2 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I left and had my car serviced by a competitor.
