Very poor customer service
When I purchased my Subaru, I was told that oil changes were included for the first year or two (can't remember which). When I called Northpark Subaru for a service appointment, I asked if the oil change was covered.
I was told someone would call me back that day (never happened). The next day, I received a call reminding me of my appointment. Once again, I asked if the oil change was covered. Again, I was told someone would call me back that day (never happened).
The next day, I showed up on time for my 11:00 am appointment and was told "we're running a little behind" and I would have to wait 2 hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I left and had my car serviced by a competitor.

Very poor customer service

I was told someone would call me later that day (didn't happen). The next day I received a call reminding me of my appointment. Again, I asked if the oil change was covered. Again, I was told someone would call me back that day (didn't happen).
I arrived on time for my 11:00 am appointment, and was told they were "running behind" and the OIL CHANGE would take two hours. I left and got my car serviced at a competitor.
User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
