Poor service.

I always buy champurrado from this market and normally they have someone helping but at this particular location they dont have any, you have to serve yourself. I was pouring the champurrado in a cup but it was not easy do to the way it was set up.

I burned my left hand, and immediately sumerge my hand Id a bucket of ice the store had for the fresh avocado. I looked around for a store representative but no one could help. When I went to pay for my items I asked the cashier if there was someone I could talk to about the incident, I explained to her what had happened and all she could say was. Ill make a note of it.

I asked her if she had anything in a medicine cabinet that she could give me to put on my hand because it was blistering already and she said no. I asked to speak to a store manager and she said let me look for him. She came back 10 minutes later and said that the manager was busy and for her to take a report. Again I asked her for some cream for burns, she finally said.

I guess I can open up the medicine cabinet and look for something, she finally gave me a Vitacilina and said I could keep it and someone would contact me for a follow up. A person by the name or Ron did reach out to me, I gave him all the information and said he would touch base with me again for follow up.

Never heard from him again, Ive call him and left messages but no response. My hand took a long time to heal, I took several pictures from the beginning , I still have difficulty with grasping or holding a cup.
